All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using our selected carriers, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, with delivery times ranging from 2-3 business days after processing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be subject to specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to international locations, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct address, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping information, and additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to transit delays, customs delays (if applicable), or delivery attempts. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
